Every Idol Threads piece is printed on demand, just for you. Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind — please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items: we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. No need to ship anything back, and there are no fees.

To start a claim, reply to your order confirmation email or reach us through the contact options on this site. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval.
